Jaël Zawadi Gasindikira

Jaël Zawadi Gasindikira is a PhD candidate in Educational Sciences and a researcher specializing in the analysis of conflict dynamics, child protection, and educational dynamics in contexts of conflict and fragility. She is engaged with the Beyond Compliance Consortium through War Child, where she is the Research Lead in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Her work combines rigorous academic research, institutional analysis, and field engagement. A lecturer-researcher at several Congolese universities, she focuses on social norms, gender, civilian protection, and the interactions between education systems and conflict. She collaborates with local, national and international partners and contributes to the production of knowledge oriented toward action, advocacy, and impact.
